On behalf of Nordex Food A/S, we are looking for a strong D365 F&O Lead to take both the functional and strategic ownership of the company’s Dynamics 365 F&O platform. You will be the key link between the ERP platform and the business, ensuring stable operations, high quality, and driving the continued development of the platform.

You will report to the Group IT Manager and be given a clear mandate to drive decisions around solutions, prioritization, and timing. For larger business initiatives, a project manager will be assigned, allowing the D365 team to focus on developing and implementing the right business solutions within the platform.

About the role

As D365 F&O Lead, you will be responsible for driving the development of the company’s Dynamics 365 F&O platform. You will manage the platform backlog, translate business needs into concrete solutions, and ensure progress across projects, releases, and changes in collaboration with internal teams and external vendors.

Dynamics 365 F&O is implemented across the organization, so your focus will be on further developing the platform, optimizing processes, and ensuring the business fully leverages the system’s capabilities.

As the platform owner, you will also act as a trusted advisor to both management and the business. You will play a central role in ensuring:

• stable operations and high-quality deliveries.

• transparent prioritization aligned with business KPIs.

• a well-functioning and clearly communicated roadmap and release flow.

• the development and rollout of a strong super user structure across locations.

• clear direction, momentum, and improved utilization of the platform.

You will be responsible for driving the Dynamics 365 F&O strategy and roadmap in close collaboration with the business and the Group IT Manager. At the same time, you will build and maintain a prioritized pipeline with clearly defined initiatives and release waves.

You will translate business needs into workshops, user stories, and functional design documents (FDDs), and ensure quality through testing, coordination, and go-live preparation. Additionally, you will coordinate vendors via DevOps, maintain oversight of ISV integrations, and ensure proper governance of roles and permissions. You will also play a key role in establishing and scaling a strong super user setup and continuously work with process optimization.

Your profile

You are an experienced Dynamics 365 F&O specialist with a strong understanding of both functionality and the business implications of your decisions. You have worked at the intersection of business, IT, and vendors, and you are comfortable setting direction and creating structure without losing sight of operational details.

We expect that you have experience with:

• Dynamics 365 F&O

• Production Control and Warehouse Management

• Workshops, user stories, and functional design documentation (FDD)

• DevOps, release management, and collaboration with developers/vendors

• Test planning and quality assurance related to releases and updates

You are curious and keep yourself up to date professionally, turning new knowledge into practical improvements. You thrive with responsibility and enjoy being a trusted advisor to both key users and management.
