Farmers and Company is looking for a skilled and experienced purchaser to manage all of our procurement – from raw materials and packaging to finished goods, external products, and new equipment for production and warehousing. You’ll make sure we buy smart, sustainably, and in a structured way.

We’re currently building a new central warehouse and implementing a new purchasing and stock system across our organisation. You’ll be the one to bring it all together and strengthen our overview and purchasing power – while playing a key role in our digitisation and efforts to bring more structure and transparency to the supply chain.

You will:

• Manage purchasing across the entire organisation
• Consolidate purchases to get better prices and payment terms
• Draft supplier agreements including price structures
• Negotiate long-term contracts – no quick fixes
• Purchase equipment and materials for our Farmlab and warehouse
• Contribute to the development and implementation of new systems
• Collaborate closely with management and the Farmlab team

We imagine that you:

• Have experience in a similar role and know the food industry
• Are a strong and empathetic negotiator
• Speak and write fluent English and Lithuanian
• Are familiar with principles like Kanban, FIFO and supply chain
• Are structured and comfortable with systems and IT

Salary: €1,800–2,000 net per month
