Farmers and Company is looking for a structured and committed Logistics / Planner who can take responsibility for the daily planning and coordination of our logistics.

You’ll be a key player in getting our organic food from our Farmlab in Ukmergė to the right destinations – efficiently, correctly, and on time.

In January, we are moving into brand-new facilities on our farm, where we’re bringing together our Farmlab, warehouse, and office. We’re streamlining the entire value chain – and you’ll be a central part of that journey.

You will:

• Plan and coordinate deliveries to B2B customers (and in future, B2C)
• Optimise routes and resource use
• Establish and maintain transport agreements at good rates
• Ensure logistics support growth and service
• Contribute to the development and implementation of new systems

We imagine that you:

• Have experience with logistics, route planning and supply chain
• Are structured and good at keeping an overview
• Communicate well and collaborate at all levels
• Speak and write fluent English – Lithuanian is a plus
• See IT and systems as tools, not obstacles

Salary: €1,800–2,000 net per month
