Product Manager, Smart Device Solutions at Anticimex - Help shape the future of smart pest control

THE ROLE

Asgaard Recruitment is looking for a Product Manager to join Anticimex’s Smart Device Solutions team in Bagsværd. You will take ownership of innovative hardware products, from discovery to launch and lifecycle management, and ensure they create real value for customers worldwide.

This is a senior role focused on product leadership, strong communication and stakeholder management. You will be working at the intersection of technology, business, and user needs. The position also includes occasional travel, usually a few days each month, to connect with end users and gather insights that directly shape the development of products.

In this role, you will have a direct impact on the next generation of smart devices, shaping products that prevent problems for customers around the world

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

• Drive product success across the full lifecycle, from concept to market exit.
• Translate market and user insights into innovative product solutions.
• Collaborate across teams and stakeholders to deliver high-impact products.
• Build product roadmaps and business cases.

WHO YOU ARE

You are a curious, collaborative product manager who thrives at the intersection of technology, business, and user needs.

Ideally you bring solid product management experience - preferably from IoT hardware - combined with the curiosity and technical strength to quickly understand new technologies. You know what it takes to transform ideas into successful products and have already proven your ability to take concepts all the way to market. On top of that, you are confident building product roadmaps and business cases that inspire both colleagues and stakeholders and set a clear direction for growth.
