The role

Asgaard Recruitment is looking for a Senior Certification Manager to join Anticimex Innovation Center in Bagsværd.

In this role, you’ll play a key part in ensuring their smart pest control products meet the highest regulatory and safety standards across more than 20 markets. You’ll work closely with R&D, Hardware, and Quality teams to make sure all documentation, processes, and certifications are fully compliant - from early design stages through production and market approval.

You’ll bring structure, overview, and calm to a complex regulatory landscape, helping Anticimex deliver innovative, sustainable devices safely to market.

Your responsibilities

• Ensure all Anticimex products meet relevant national and international certifications
• Develop and maintain documentation and compliance processes across multiple markets.
• Collaborate with R&D, Hardware, Quality, and external labs to plan and execute testing and certification activities.
• Create and manage annual certification roadmaps and improvement initiatives.

Who you are

You are structured, curious, and thrive on ensuring that complex products meet high standards. You enjoy teamwork, problem-solving, and creating clarity in technical and regulatory processes.

You likely have a background within certification, compliance, or quality assurance, ideally from electronics, medtech, automotive, or other regulated industries.

You don’t need to be an engineer – what matters most is a logical mindset, curiosity, and a willingness to learn.

We imagine you bring:

• Experience with product certification and regulatory compliance for hardware or IoT products.
• Knowledge of European and international certification frameworks.
• Strong documentation and project coordination skills.
• Fluency in Danish and English, written and spoken.
