Farmers and Company is looking for a dedicated and reliable warehouse packer to help ensure that our organic food products are packed correctly, efficiently, and to a high standard.

You’ll be working at our new logistics and warehouse facilities in Ukmergė, where we are bringing together our Farmlab – covering production, product development and processing – as well as packing and distribution. We work with a broad selection of our own products – including meat, vegetables, eggs, bread, wine, and beer – as well as selected goods from other organic producers.

Your tasks will include:

• Packing and preparing orders for customers – both B2B and B2C
• Ensuring correct handling and labeling of goods
• Helping maintain order and structure in the warehouse
• Assisting with minor logistics tasks when required
• Contributing to a positive work environment and team spirit

We imagine that you:

• Have experience with warehouse and packing tasks
• Are reliable and thorough
• Understand food handling and quality
• Speak conversational English
• Thrive in a fast-paced and informal work environment

Salary: €900–1,200 net per month
