Farmers and Company is looking for a proactive and confident B2B sales representative who can open doors to catering companies, specialty stores, and supermarket chains – in both Lithuania and Denmark.

You’ll be part of a dedicated team working with transparent, sustainable, and organic products – where we take pride in delivering value, not just goods.

You will:

• Reach out and build relationships with new B2B customers
• Present our concept and products in an engaging way
• Follow up on leads and drive the sales process
• Build long-term customer relationships
• Work closely with Farmlab and logistics on deliveries
• Contribute to strategy and sales data via CRM

We imagine that you:

• Have experience in outbound B2B sales – preferably in food
• Are energetic, trustworthy and structured
• Speak and write fluent English
• Are good with people and know how to build a network
• See systems as tools and documentation as a natural part of the job

Salary: €1,500–2,500 net per month + bonus
